Community Rooms

There are several medium-large community rooms which may be made available to the public. These rooms are versatile and may be used for meetings, parties and other social gatherings. Some facilities have kitchens. All have various sized tables and chairs. Several rooms may be divided for smaller gatherings or for privacy. Limited parking is available.

   Bodder House - 645 Leibert Street

Frank Meluskey room. Medium room with a small kitchen, seating for approximately 40. A video screen and a PA system included. Handicap accessible rest rooms. Users must provide proof of $1 million general liability insurance.

   Bartholomew House- 512 Elm Street

Community room. Medium room with a small kitchen, seating for approximately 40. A video screen and a PA system included. Handicap accessible rest rooms. Users must provide proof of $1 million general liability insurance.

   Litzenberger House- 225 E. Fourth Street

Rev. Frank Flisser Room- Large room with a capacity of 50. May be split into three areas. Full kitchen, video and PA. . Handicap accessible rest rooms. Users must provide proof of $1 million general liability insurance.

   Monocacy Tower- 645 Main Street

Fred B. Rooney Room- Large room with a capacity of 100. May be split into three areas. Full kitchen, video and PA. . Handicap accessible rest rooms. Users must provide proof of $1 million general liability insurance.

   Lynfield Community Center- 1889 Lynfield Drive

Small meeting room with kitchen facility. Handicap accessible rest rooms. Users must provide proof of $1 million general liability insurance.

   Parkridge Ed Miller Community Center- 1929 Brookside Drive

Small meeting room with kitchen facility. Handicap accessible rest rooms. Users must provide proof of $1 million general liability insurance.

   The First Tee at Marvine Center- 1400 Block Fritz Drive, near Boy's and Girl's Club

Large facility with both indoor and outdoor hitting areas. Building contains 7,000 square feet of space. Includes netted hitting stations enabling participants to hit regulation balls in safe setting. Large practice putting area and ample flex space for meetings, parties. Outdoors is a "Birdie Ball" area and a fenced in miniature golf zone. Handicap accessible rest rooms. Users must provide proof of $1 million general liability insurance. Facility is available from about May 1st through October 31st.
