After an incredible 41 years of dedicated service, we celebrate the retirement of Pat Donchez, whose unwavering commitment and contributions have left a lasting mark on BHA and the community.

The National Housing Act (1937) was one of president Franklin Delano Roosevelt's early initiatives, designed to improve living conditions for Americans adversely affected by the Great Depression of the 1930's, and to jump start a depressed construction industry.

Since 1939 the Bethlehem Housing Authority is committed to providing a community environment that ultimately promotes self-sufficiency.

Mission Statement

Our agency provides quality affordable housing while developing innovative communities and empowerment opportunities for all.
